The electronic design, the firmware and the production of the boards are done at MEDİPLAY. All designs are complete, and the boards are in series production.
What the boards do
- They watch the line pressure of every gas and show it on the unit’s display.
- When a pressure leaves its permitted band they raise a separate high- or low-pressure alarm, audible and visual.
- In the gas plant they switch supply from the duty cylinder bank to the reserve by themselves.
- They send pressures, limits and alarms to the hospital’s central monitoring over RS485 / Modbus.
A medical gas line feeds patients in intensive care and in operating rooms, so the boards have to work around the clock. The same discipline shapes our own programs, Field Staff Tracking and Voice Assistant.
